What we do...

We’re Adam and Kerry Coutts, a husband-and-wife team building a property business across Scotland, with a focus on the North East.Our approach is simple: buy carefully, improve properties properly, and build a portfolio that creates long-term income, security and opportunity for our family.We started with our first buy-to-let in 2023 and have continued to grow from there, moving into renovations, serviced accommodation and working with private investors.Today, we’re building a growing property portfolio with a value of around £1.2 million across the UK and Dubai.We’re focused on building something sustainable, transparent and long term.

We invest in property projects where we can add value through careful buying, refurbishment, better management or improved use of the property.This may include:

  • Buy-to-let properties

  • Refurbishment projects

  • Serviced accommodation

  • Off-market and direct-to-seller opportunities

  • Long-term portfolio growth

Working with Private Investors

As Coutts Property grows, we occasionally work with private investors who want their funds to be used within our property business.Each arrangement is agreed clearly in advance, with the amount, term, return and payment dates set out in writing before any funds are transferred.We only take on investor funds when we believe they fit responsibly within the business and after carefully considering the project, repayment plan and overall position of the company.If you’d like to understand how private lending with Coutts Property may work, you can read our investor information pack below.
